Day of Service Coordinator, is highly recommended when a client has all ready done the planning for their event or wedding. The last thing a host needst o worry about, on the day of the event, is whether or not everything is happening at the scheduled times. Our coordinator will meet with the client 30 days prior to their special event or wedding. During the meeting the coordinator will go over all finalized details, from the location of the event, to the event time, and vendor contractual agreements. The coordinator will ensure that the client vision comes true. The benefit of using this service is to ensure the clients’ event, or wedding, is a great success.
